1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SupaClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. By creating an account through Google login, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SupaClaw is a VPS hosting platform that provides managed deployment of OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant framework, for individual users. Each user receives a dedicated, isolated virtual server with Telegram bot integration. The AI assistant is powered by the Kimi K2.5 language model.

The Service includes:

A dedicated cloud server (VPS) for each subscriber
Pre-configured AI assistant deployment using the OpenClaw platform
Telegram bot integration
$15 worth of AI credits included monthly
Dashboard for managing your AI assistant instance

3. Isolated Environment and Feature Limitations

SupaClaw runs OpenClaw in a fully isolated server environment dedicated to each user. This intentional design decision means that certain advanced OpenClaw features that require direct access to your personal computer, local files, or operating system are not available through SupaClaw.

This limitation exists to protect you. The more powerful an AI tool is, the greater the security risk — unrestricted access to personal files, credentials, and system resources can lead to unintended data exposure or loss. For users who are not experienced with technical security configuration, defending against these risks is extremely difficult.

By using SupaClaw, you benefit from:

Complete isolation: Your AI assistant runs on a server that only you can access, completely separated from other users and from your personal devices
No local system risk: The AI cannot access your personal computer's files, passwords, or installed applications
Managed security: Server hardening, encryption, and access controls are handled by SupaClaw so you don't have to configure them yourself
Safe experimentation: You can freely use the AI assistant without worrying about it modifying important files on your device

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is offered at $49 per month, which includes a dedicated VPS and $15 in AI credits.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Additional Credits: AI credits beyond the included $15 may be purchased separately at prevailing rates.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods. For annual plans, a pro-rata refund may be issued for unused full months remaining in the subscription term, at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the AI assistant for generating illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Service
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the proprietary SupaClaw platform
Not use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
Not share your VPS access credentials with unauthorized third parties

7. Data Input and Sensitive Information

While we provide isolated virtual environments, you are solely responsible for the data you input into the AI assistant. You should NOT share sensitive personal information with the AI assistant, including but not limited to:

Social Security Numbers or government-issued ID numbers
Passwords or authentication credentials
Bank account details or financial PINs
Credit card numbers

SupaClaw is not responsible for any personal information leaks, data exposure, or damages that result from the user's own direct commands or instructions to the AI assistant. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the user explicitly instructs the AI to share, transmit, publish, or otherwise disclose personal or sensitive information to third parties or external services. The AI assistant acts upon user commands, and any consequences arising from such commands are the sole responsibility of the user.

SupaClaw bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from your decision to share sensitive personal data with the AI assistant.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided on a best-effort cloud hosting basis. We may experience downtime due to:

Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
Unplanned infrastructure issues
Third-party service outages (e.g., AI model provider, cloud infrastructure)
Force majeure events

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible during any outage.

9. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw: OpenClaw is an open-source project and is subject to its own open-source license terms. Your use of OpenClaw is governed by its respective license.
SupaClaw Platform: The SupaClaw platform, including its website, dashboard, deployment infrastructure, branding, and proprietary code, is the intellectual property of SupaClaw and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create through or input into the AI assistant.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Use of the Service for illegal activities
Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
Excessive resource usage beyond reasonable limits
Non-payment or payment fraud

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupaClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any content generated by the AI assistant, including inaccurate, misleading, or harmful outputs
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data caused by your own actions or negligence
Data exposure resulting from your voluntary sharing of sensitive information with the AI assistant
Service interruptions or downtime
Any third-party conduct or content accessed through the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI assistant will produce accurate, complete, or reliable outputs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
